Is the fee really fixed?

For twelve months, including every telephone call and email without limit. If your transaction volume changes materially we will say so and re-quote for the following year, never mid-year.

What does a call cost?

Nothing, ever, and there is no fair-use limit. In seventeen years nobody has abused it, and the clients who ring most are the ones whose returns are cleanest.

Can I switch from my current accountant?

Yes, and it is entirely ordinary. We write to them, collect your records and handle the professional clearance. It takes about ten days and you do very little.

When do you need my records?

Quarterly. You can send them annually and plenty do, but those are the clients who ring in a panic in February. The quarterly ones pay less and worry less.
